About the course

Do you want to dive in a beautiful and warm environment? We invite you to a 14-day camp in Bali, where we will give you the opportunity to complete the FII level 1 and level 2 courses. These courses are designed for those who want to learn the basic techniques of breath-hold diving and acquire the skills needed to dive at depths from 0 to 40 meters.

In particular you can enjoy diving on the local beautiful reefs, amazingly stocked mystery wrecks, practice or just chill in the unique 25m pool and breathe during morning and evening yoga sessions. You can read more about the 14-day course in Bali on our blog.

Where the course takes place

Courses take place at The Ocean Freedive Resort. For accommodation we offer our 4 reasonably priced bungalows. The accommodation includes free access to the outdoor pool and classroom where the theory lessons take place. In addition, you have the option to rent a lead and arrange scooter hire with us.

When it comes to travel, we can help you with booking flights and insurance to Bali, but of course you also have the option to arrange these things yourself, according to your preferences. We usually opt for flights via Dubai or Doha, with ticket prices ranging between 16,000 and 22,000 kronor. Attention! The price of the flight is not included in the price of the course. The airport is located approximately 2.5 hours from our resort, from which you can take a car transfer of approximately 1500 CZK for the whole car. Programme - Week 1

Day 1-2: morning yoga, statics, morning and afternoon diving, depths around 25 m, reefs, wrecks
Day 3: Liberty shipwreck, day and night dives
Day 4: rest, possible excursions to the volcano, waterfalls, water temples
Day 5: deep diving - jukung dive (deep diving with rope, buoy, deep training, push PB, drift dives)
Day 6: morning yoga, training for deeper depths around 40 m
Day 7: wreck diving, deep wreck in front of the Relax resort (harder dives, approx. 25-35 m, walls, reefs)

Programme - Week 2

Day 8: rest, possibility of excursions
Day 9: Amed - underwater beautifully stocked pyramids, afternoon depth training
Day 10: deep diving - jukung dive (second deep session, afternoon snorkeling)
Day 12-13: freediving at the best spots in Bali + trip to Manta point
Day 14: rest, departure home

Certification

Graduates of our level 1 and level 2 freediving courses will be provided with internationally valid certification through our Florida headquarters. Earning an FII certificate does not require diving to maximum depths, instead the exams are based on the skills and knowledge you gain during the course. This certificate will open the door for you to use deep pools, dive bases and specialty sites around the world.

You will also receive all the necessary information and manual from us in printed form. You can also actively participate in the F.I.I. and PimpYourLife Academy training system and continue to develop your skills.

Notice

In case of illness or injury, you don't have to worry about missing the course. We will move you to another available date of this course without any problems. If you are still unable to attend, you must cancel the course at least 30 days or more prior to departure. If the course is cancelled within less than 30 days, a replacement can be found for you, otherwise a cancellation fee of 100% must be paid.

If you don't want to freedive with us, but want to go to morning yoga, go snorkeling with us, listen to lectures, etc., the price of the course is 4 950 CZK for 14 days.

I spent the whole weekend in Martin's newly built resort in Bali. It is located right by the sea and offers beautiful views of the sunrise. The resort offers all the necessary equipment for rent, which I took advantage of and went diving with the resort manager for the first time in my life. And as a bonus - there is a cozy pub near the resort where they cook delicious potato pancakes and potato chips, so I felt at least a little bit at home for a while. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and look forward to another visit.
